8am -  9:30am FCS Bowl Combine (40yd Testing) for Premium Package Players Only at Daytona Stadium (**NFL Scouts May Not Attend the Combine- NFL Scout May Attend Player Measurements and All other Practices and the Game)

10:00am Sharp American Team  (White) Team Meets at Bus in front  Baymont Suites

11:00am Scouts Check and pick up Credentials at Meeting Rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites Daytona Beach Speedway/Airport 1820 Checkered Flag Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL

10:40am -American Team White Shuttle Leaves Baymont and reports to Fairfield Inn. American Team Meets in front of Fairfield Hotel (All American Team Players) *Line up in Jersey Number Order

11:30am  American Team Player Measurements with Scouts at Fairfield Inn & Suites Daytona Beach Speedway/Airport 1820 Checkered Flag Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL

12:00pm SHARP National Team (Blue) Team Meets at Bus in front  of Baymont Suites 

12:30pm –National Blue Shuttle Leaves Baymont Suites and reports to Fairfield Inn National Team Meets in front of Fairfield Hotel (All National Team Players) *Line up in Jersey Number Order

1:00pm-2:30pm National Team Blue Player Measurements with scouts at Fairfield Inn followed by Team Meetings

1:00pm American Team White Bus Leaves Fairfield Inn to Daytona Stadium

10:00am – 12:00pm  American Team (White) Practice  (Turf) (Daytona Beach Municipal Stadium)

10:30am Shuttle Picks up National Team (Blue) at Baymont Inn & Suites -  to Daytona Stadium

12:00pm-2:00pm – National Team (Blue) Practice    (Turf) (Daytona Beach Municipal Stadium)

12:00pm -To Go Boxed Lunch Served at Stadium

6pm Pick up at Baymont Suites and drop off at Ocean Center (Premium Players Only)

7:00pm - 10:00pm FCS BOWL Agents Conference  at the Ocean Center Room 103 Meeting Rooms (FOR PREMIUM PACKAGE PLAYERS AND THEIR FAMILIES ONLY **FREE Entry) (*No Food will be served)  Parking is $15 on site. Please enter the Ocean Center entrance that is directly across from the Peabody Auditorium located at Auditorium Blvd & Noble St . Paid parking lots are located behind the Peabody (Recommended) and at the Ocean Center Attached Garage (1 Block Walk).

Weather Alert: Game will be played Rain or Shine.
If inclement weather such as Hurricane, Lightning torrential rain, flooding, force da majeure, or any and all extreme, unexpected, inclement, or abnormal weather occurs during or the days leading up to the game, the game may be delayed and/or cancelled subject to East Preps LLC/ National Bowl and/or Daytona Beach Stadium and Daytona Beach Stadium ’s discretion.

If inclement weather forces a majority of players to not be able to travel to the game or substantial inclement weather occurs days leading up to the game, and thus the game is delayed and/or cancelled, the game may be rescheduled based on East Preps LLC and/or FIU’s discretion. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON, HOWEVER EAST PREPS LLC MAY CREDIT YOUR REGISTRATION TOWARD A FUTURE EVENT.

Other Foreseen & Unforeseen Cancellation
FIU at its discretion may have the discretion to move or cancel the event and thus no specific location is guaranteed.
If the majority of players do report to the Daytona Florida area and if the game is delayed and or cancelled or moved to another area location for any reason by the National Bowl/ East Preps LLC or Daytona Beach Stadium , the game may still be held at an alternate location at the National Bowl’s, East Preps LLC, and or Daytona Beach Stadium ’s discretion.

THE NATIONAL BOWL GAME (EAST PREPS LLC) WANTS THIS EVENT TO BE A FUN EVENT BUT ALSO IT WOULD LIKE THE EVENT TO BE A SAFE EVENT NOT ONLY FOR PLAYERS & CHEERLEADERS BUT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND ALSO FOR SPECTATORS. HURRICANE, LIGHTNING TROPICAL STORMS, FLOODING, SNOW AND ICY CONDITIONS CAN MANY TIMES BE DANGEROUS AND EAST PREPS LLC, FIU, & Daytona Beach Stadium  MUST & MAY USE THEIR DISCRETION FOR ALL INVOLVED.

ALL PLAYERS, CHEERLEADERS, AND PARTICIPANTS WHO REGISTER AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AT SIGN UP, WAIVERS, POSTINGS, INFORMATION POSTED ON THIS SITE (FCSBOWL.COM)  AND THE CONTENTS OF THE FCSBOWL.COM SITE.
