Michael Quartey Esq
Michael is the Founder and Owner of East Preps LLC corporate and manages all corporate and functional aspects of the business divisions. He founded the FCS National Bowl and National Bowl Game and heads both Bowl Committees to allow players from all divisions not only exposure from the National Pro Day Combines, but actual on the field exposure to display “actual” football skills. The National Bowl dates are separate from the National Combines to allow the proper training time needed for players to recover from their senior season and spend adequate time training in order to publish “the best true combine numbers possible” that NFL, CFL, and Arena teams can rely on. Michael extends his knowledge in all aspects of East Preps to maximize player potential and OPPORTUNITY!

Michael handles all contract negotiations and legal aspects of East Preps as well. He was licensed as an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor until 2010 and helped build the East Preps Sports Management Division to prominence as they landed a significant amount of players in the NFL and now work with many premier NFL players. Michael is also the concept creator of East Preps Pro Combines, the “National Pro Day Scouting Combine” which helps Agents and Pro teams find the needle in the haystack type of players from small schools to sign. Michael not only administers the National Bowl Game
division, but also works with the NFL Draft Pool Selection Committee, East Preps Training, and has a no sleep until success mentality. Michael is also a former Captain & All American football standout at Franklin & Marshall College (F&M) and attended Rutgers Law School. He is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey and also maintains an office in Houston, TX. Early in his law career he spent time as a staff attorney at one of Philadelphia’s largest corporate law firms, Pepper Hamilton LLP. He strives to make the National Pro Day, East Preps, and the National Bowl a major force in the football community.

Ken Moll
Ken Moll joins the National Bowl & FCS Bowl at FIU in Miami as an Executive Consultant. He will handle Player Personnel consulting, assist NFL & CFL Scouts,

and be a Bowl liaison to agents and Media. Moll is the former Director of Player Personnel for the CFL’s Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Moll spent four years with ESPN as a Pro Scout.
He has 13 years experience as a NFL Scout with the Jacksonville Jaguars from 1994-1998, the Cleveland Browns from 1998-2005 and 2 years as a combine scout. Ken Moll also has vast experience as a NFL Scout working the NFL National Scouting Combine from 2006 and 2010. Moll worked for ESPN as a scout for Scout’s Inc and has been a football analyst locally in radio in the Louisville Market. Before his Pro Scouting experience, he spent 15 years as a collegiate coach,
nine at Richmond and six at Louisville, his alma mater, where he played four years as a linebacker.

Jerry Hardaway
Jerry Hardaway brings his experience and expertise to the FCS Bowl staff. Hardaway’s experience within the game of football varies from tight end coach to player personnel to NFL scout.

After his college playing career at Southern Illinois University in 1978, Hardaway took a job with Grambling State University and coached running backs, wide receivers, and special teams over a six year span. In addition to coaching at Grambling State, Hardaway was also the recruiting coordinator. In 1982, he received the GSU Coach of the Year award.
In 1984, Hardaway coached running backs at the University of California, where he helped the Bears become a national powerhouse. He was in charge of recruiting at California and rewarded for doing so with the “Recruiting Coach of the Year” award in 1984. In 1987, Hardaway took his skills of recruiting to the professional stage when he joined the Arizona Cardinals in 1987. He recruited football greats Anquan Boldin, Larry Fitzgerald, Thomas Jones, and Antrel Rolle.

Coach Mike Stock
Coach Mike Stock initially signed on with East Preps to coach players in the days leading up to the draft. In 2010 he left the NFL’s Green Bay Packers as the Head Special Teams Coordinator. Coach Stock was also the Head Special Teams Coach of the Kansas City Chiefs where Coach Stock was awarded the NFL Special Teams Coach of the Year Award in 1997 which he was voted by his fellow NFL Coaches. Coach Stock has coached college teams from Notre Dame toand 5 total NFL Franchises. Coach Stock was also runner up NFL Special Teams Coach of the year with the Green Bay Packers in 2007.

Shaun DePasquale
Shaun DePasquale is a longtime fan, writer and talent scout. He has written for & contributed to NFL Draft sites and football news sites like Network, Pro Football Zone & Pro Football Spot. As a writer, Shaun’s work has been featured on Yardbarker & Fox Sports. As a talent scout, Shaun has carved out a niche for looking beyond the “big name” and identifying equivalent talent seemingly before anyone else. Among his many finds: Baltimore Ravens RB Lorenzo Taliaferro, Miami Dolphins WR Matt Hazel, Minnesota Vikings RB Dominique Williams, and San Francisco 49ers QB Kory Faulkner.

Arlan Johnson
Arlan is a former Pro Player as he trained with the Dallas Cowboys and Buffalo Bills. Most recently he has played in the AFL and in the IFL with the Reading Express. Arlan is the D2-D3 Pro Day & National Scouting Combine combine specialist as he directs players in drills and administers drills and positions drills. He provides support for the players during the National Bowl Weekend.

Manny Espinal
Manny oversees all sports broadcast, production and video software programming for Audibl LLC and the South Florida Sports Network LLC, the country’s premier sports video companies. That includes the distribution of live and taped high school sporting events to various college athletics recruiters. Previously, he was the Chief Broadcast Engineer for Broward County. In that role, he oversaw all aspects of production and programming for BCTV’s non-linear initiatives including live and on demand video on Broward County Video Central platform, its affiliated websites as well as its mobile and Cable VOD content platforms. Prior to that, he served as a the video production and programming manager for The City of Naples’s 24-hour broadcast network. Manny has a BA in Mass Communications and is a member of The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.
