PLAYER TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITIES

Players are responsible for arranging their own:

  • Flights

  • Transportation to and from the airport

  • Transportation to the host hotel

  • Hotel accommodations

Team No Sleep Sports will not provide airport shuttles.
However, once you arrive at the Host Hotel, we will provide shuttle transportation for players only to and from all official Bowl events (practices, meetings, and game day).

PRACTICE & GAME LOCATION

Osceola High School – Kissimmee, FL

All practices and the FCS Bowl game will take place at Osceola High School.
Shuttles will run between the host hotel and Osceola HS for players.

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Closest major airport to the Host Hotel

  • Distance to Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration: ~22 miles

  • Estimated Drive Time: 25–30 minutes

Orlando International Airport is a major U.S. hub with extensive domestic and international flight options, usually offering the most affordable and convenient travel choices.

ALTERNATE AIRPORT OPTIONS

1. Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB)

  • Distance to Host Hotel: ~47 miles

  • Estimated Drive Time: 45–55 minutes
    SFB offers domestic, charter, and select international flights. Rental cars and shuttles are available.

2. Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB)

  • Distance to Host Hotel: ~75 miles

  • Estimated Drive Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
    A smaller airport that may offer limited flight options. Best used if flight pricing or availability aligns with your travel needs.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Rideshare:

Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are all available at MCO, SFB, and DAB.

Rental Cars:

Available at all airports.
Note: Most rental companies require drivers to be 25+ years old.

Shuttles:

Private shuttle companies operate from all major Orlando airports.
Players must arrange their own transportation from the airport to the hotel.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS – ORLANDO / KISSIMMEE

Orlando and Kissimmee are easily accessible via:

  • Interstate 4 (I-4)

  • Florida Turnpike

  • U.S. Highway 192

  • State Road 417 (Central Florida Greenway)

  • State Road 528 (Beachline Expressway)

From Tampa and Orlando

From Tampa:

Take I-4 East toward Orlando/Kissimmee.
Exit at 192 (W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy) and head toward Celebration/Kissimmee for the host hotel and nearby facilities.

From Orlando:

Kissimmee and Celebration are directly accessible from:

  • I-4

  • SR 417 (Central Florida Greenway)

  • US-192

Osceola High School is approximately 10–15 minutes from the Celebration area.

MEALS

Team No Sleep Sports / FCS National Bowl will provide:

  • Lunches and Dinners at official Bowl mixers, meetings, and practices.

  • A hot breakfast is included with your stay at the Host Hotel (Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration).

Players are welcome to have breakfast with family or teammates during the open breakfast hours provided by the hotel.

TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE

Team No Sleep Sports, the National Bowl, and the FCS National Bowl will NOT be responsible for any:

  • Player, family, or friends’ travel costs

  • Travel coordination or changes

  • Lodging expenses

  • Airline changes or cancellations

  • Rental car or shuttle costs

  • Additional expenses related to travel or weather

This includes all participants: players, friends, family, coaches, and support staff.

IMPORTANT: BOOK REFUNDABLE TRAVEL

We strongly advise all players to:

  • Book refundable airline tickets

  • Use travel insurance

  • Book hotels or rentals that allow flexibility

In the event of weather delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or any changes by Team No Sleep Sports / FCS National Bowl, travel costs cannot be reimbursed.
